Segmentation and phenotyping

We utilise advanced image processing techniques for:
* Distinguishing cellular and subcellular structures based on intensity, morphology, localisation, etc.
* Characterisation of cell attributes followed by categorisation of cells based on unique characteristics.

Spatial analysis of fluorescence signals

* We employ a combination of FIJI-based plugins and custom Python code to pinpoint the spatial localisation of fluorescence signals.
* We perform co-localisation and co-occurrence analyses between two or more channels in the image.

Live-dynamics

We analyse:
* Live cell microscopy data (Labelled protein time-lapse).
* Fluorescence lifetime imaging.
* Fluorescence resonance energy transfer.
* Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching.
